I have a desire to get back to writing. And I am deeply aware that words matter. That there is a responsibility to writing and sharing them.

I don't believe it's meant to require overthinking or shrinking or perfectionism or people pl

When we talk about rehumanizing it begins with ourselves AND it's not simply about ourselves.

It may be difficult / uncomfortable to ask these questions to ourselves — AND, what further rehumanizing possibilities may be available on the other

I’m so grateful for the way I’m re-relating to things like anger within myself these days. It is part of the way I am going after rehumanizing myself + the human experience.

For a long time, I didn’t want to be “angry”

I want to be an ancestor who continuously rehumanizes ❤️

What ancestor do I want to be?

While this is a time of year that prominently honors our ancestors, it also has me thinking about the ancestor I would like to be (i.e. how am I showing up today that honors humans in the future — beyond my lifet

The invitation to rehumanize is one that is constantly on my mind and is particularly pressing right now. To me, this is a needed and life-saving conversation. Will you join me?
