A Heartfelt Tea Gathering at Be Free

Join us in celebrating the season of love with our first Tea Sit of the year, specially curated for Valentine's Day. This is a beautiful 60-minute meditation practice to share with your partner or gift to yourself. Immerse in the warmth of love and connection as we come together to reconnect with self, Nature, and one another.

Create heartwarming moments in the spirit of Valentine's Day. Whether with a loved one or on a personal journey of self-love, our Heartfelt Tea Gathering invites an ambiance of tranquility and the joy of shared moments of connection.

Note: the Tea that will be served is wild/organic – this means it is direct from plant to person who picked + prepared the Tea to our Tea table. This also brings an additional element of community connection to our gathering

Full Moon Tea Ceremony at Wonderland + Sea

This ceremony is an invitation to connect deeply with nature, yourself and the community around you. In this ceremony, we will be practicing the Chinese ritual of Cha Dao, which translates to ‘the way of Tea’. This ancient practice invites us to live in harmony with nature, regard the lineage of both the practice + the leaf, and embrace a slower pace of life. Through this practice, we will explore the profound connection between Tea and our own beings.

We will be drinking Tea in the leaves-in-a-bowl style. This method invites us to further our connection to nature by witnessing the dance of Tea leaves as they gently unfold in the water offering their medicine.

This will be a special practice where we will gather + sit with Tea under the Full Moon + Lunar Eclipse energy.
